Orders are typically processed within 3β5 business days (Monday through Friday). During high-volume seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

βIncorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. On the Rocks Gourmet Jams is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
π Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Weβll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Photos of damage are required for claims.
