We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. On the Rocks Gourmet Jams is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Photos of damage are required for claims.
