Thank you for shopping with On the Rocks Gourmet Jams. We take great pride in handcrafting our products in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and flavor. Because of the nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Due to the fact that our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped. This ensures the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product/packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and, if eligible, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

Once orders are shipped, delivery time is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the postal carrier or shipping provider. If a shipment shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to open a delivery inquiry.
    We will assist where we can, but the carrier is responsible for final delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
