Yogurt Parfait

1 1/2 c. Nonfat yogurt plain or vanilla

3 tbsp On the Rocks Gourmet Jam (Raspberry Mimosa)

3/4 c. granola

1/2 c. Fresh blueberries

1/2 c. Fresh strawberries



Place 1/2 c. of yogurt in your bowl or margarita glass. (You will begin to layer your parfait like lasagna.) Sprinkle 1/4 c. of granola over the yogurt. Next, add some blueberries and strawberries. Heat your jam up for 10 - 15 seconds in the microwave. Pour 1 tbsp over the fruit generously. Repeat these steps from the top to create 3 layers. Enjoy your parfait!
