Ingredients:
1 can frozen lemonade from concentrate
3 - 6 tbsp On the Rocks Gourmet Jam (My Cherry Amour)
1 (8oz) container of cool whip
1 (14oz) can of evaporated milk
2 pkgs (6 mini) Keebler Ready Crust graham cracker pie
Directions:
Mix the thawed lemonade, evaporated milk, and whip cream in a large bowl and beat with a wire whisk to combine for about 2 minutes. Pour into crust. Warm the jam in the microwave for 15 seconds. Spread the jam over the pie generously; cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results make the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve cold.
